Metamizol- Antipyretic-analgesic drug


METAMIZOL

Description: These are compounds containing a phenylpyrazole skeleton, which consist of a pyrazole bound to a phenyl group.
CLASS-PHENYLPYRAZOLES

Uses: Pain, fever, headache, toothache, neuralgia

Adverse Drug Reactions: Decrease in the WBCs count or agranulocytosis, blood in the urine

Drug-Drug Interactions: 
 Metamizol + aldesleukin/+arsenic trioxide/+belinostat/+bexarotene = risk or severity of adverse effects is increased.
